Meet Our BCBAs
Lisa Fox, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA,
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST, EXecutive Director Lisa Fox is a board certified behavior analyst. In 2014, she earned a Master of Education in the Foundations of Applied Behavioral Analysis at the University of Cincinnati and became credentialed as BCBA. She has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the clinical, home, and school environments for over a decade. She has assisted school districts and training facilities in developing group and individual behavior change programs, providing assessment, program development, and regularly scheduled consultations. With a particular interest in children and adults with limited verbal repertoires, she has also been instrumental in assessing and developing individualized skill acquisition programs. Lisa is a member of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis. Her hobbies include boating, crafting, cooking and spending time with her family. Alainey Manning, M.s., BCBA, LBA, Board Certified Behavior analyst
Alainey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since March of 2019. Alainey completed her B.S in psychology in ABA, along with her M.S. in psychology in ABA at Purdue University Global. She enjoys working with a variety of age groups and has a passion for creating individualized plans to promote lasting change in the lives of her clients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, decorating, buying plants caring for them, babysitting littles, time with her dogs, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. |
CHELSEA REDDICK, M.S., BCBA, LBA Board certified behavior analyst, Clinical DIrector
Chelsea graduated from Lipscomb University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2017, she received her Master’s degree in Psychology from California Southern University. Chelsea attended the University of West Florida to receive her BCBA certificate and completed that program in March 2020. Chelsea worked as the lead Registered Behavior Therapist for a company in Mississippi for the last 2 years and is currently working as a BCBA. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and attending sporting events and concerts. IAN Zimmerman, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior analyst Ian was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1988. He graduated from Tennessee Tech with a BS in psychology. He originally pursued a medical degree before discovering ABA therapy and changing careers. Ian received a Masters of Science in ABA from Lipscomb University and has been with Bluespring Behavioral Health since January of 2020. Ian is passionate about helping the autism community and learning all he can about ABA. Outside of work, Ian loves reading, writing, music, and movies. |
KATHRYN HATMAKER M.ED., BCBA, LBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kathryn Hatmaker joined the Bluespring team in August of 2019. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2002 with her Bachelor's degree in Special Education and she obtained her Master's degree in Elementary Education the following year. She has spent the last 16 years as a wife, mom of two children and as a classroom teacher. She enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family as well as with her friends and neighbors. She recently achieved her certification as a BCBA while working as an RBT with the Bluespring team! |

Alyssa Guffey, rbt
registered behavior technician Alyssa joined the Bluespring team in September of 2019. She currently attends Cumberland University majoring in special education. She graduated from Smith County High School in May 2018. Alyssa has had a passion for working with people with disabilities since she was a peer partner in high school, where she was able to help with the CDC students in the special education classroom. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. TANA WURM, Lead RBT
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN Tana is originally from Michigan; she and her husband moved to Tennessee in 2005 still here and loving it. Tana worked in Customer Service for 13 years for an Airplane Maintenance Facility. In July of 2020, she decided to look into ABA Therapy and signed up to take her training classes online and took the RBT exam and passed and now she’s an active Registered Behavior Technician, and she loves it. Annie Kate joined the Bluespring team in July of 2022. She currently attends Cumberland University and is majoring in Special Education. She graduated from Green Hill High School, where she found her passion working in the Special Education class as a peer helper. In her free time, Annie Kate serves as a leader in her church's youth ministry, plays with her dogs, and spends time with friends. Tamsen Green, RBT
Registered behavior technician Tamsen joined the Bluespring team in June 2020. She is a graduate from Middle Tennessee State University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in education. While attending, she gained experience with children with disabilities working for extended school programs at Murfreesboro City Schools. Always having both a passion and a gift for these students, she was destined to pursue a path in their education and encouragement. Outside Bluespring, she loves playing with her Goldendoodle and eagerly awaits the arrival of her baby girl in January. Lori Rocha, RBT
Registered Behavior technician Lori is in school currently at Fisk University for a 4-year degree in special education. She decided to look into ABA to help gain more knowledge for her future career and earn experience as well to prepare her. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, playing volleyball, and being with her dog Georgie. She is excited to be on the team and cannot wait to get started. Nicole is in school currently at Belmont University for a 4 year degree in Psychology. She decided to pursue ABA with her Psychology major and hopes to eventually become a BCBA. She enjoys watching movies, traveling, writing, playing with her dog, Beau, and her 4 cats! Nicole is very excited to be a part of the team! |
Sarah Broadway, B.S., LRBT
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN, Lead RBT/Assistant education coordinator Sarah obtained her Associates degree in May of 2018 from Motlow State Community College, and in 2021, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. She has always had a passion for the behavioral health field and helping others achieve their goals. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, relaxing, and spending time with friends and family. Registered behavior technician Amanda was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Prior to working at Bluespring she worked as a Financial Counselor at Centennial Hospital. She has a son on the spectrum who just started ABA. Seeing how well it's worked for him led her to wanting to work in the field and be able to help others. Her hobbies are painting and reading. Registered Behavior Technician Abby joined the Bluespring team beginning in January 2023 and will be working with clients in the Clarksville area. Though she is new to the ABA field, she has always had a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves and is overjoyed to be doing it here with such a caring, dedicated team! Latonya Kirk-cheairs, M.A.,
Lead RBT registered behavior TECHNICIAN Latonya joined the Bluespring team in December 2018. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University in 2005. She also earned her Master's Degree in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2012. She has 10 years experience working with people with mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Latonya always had a passion for working with young people and adults with autism and other disabilities. When Latonya is not working she loves spending time with her three children (Jasmine-12, Mariah-10 and Malachi-7) and traveling with her family. NAthan Williams, rbt

For our clients he has a Master's Degree in Education, focused on Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis in Educational Technology. He is fulfilling a lifelong pursuit to work with school age children and a heart for students with special needs. He is married to an educator and has two children who occupy his home life. Registered Behavior technician Before joining the team, Annaleece was an early child development teacher. While working with the children in the classroom she got to know each child and truly found happiness by making a difference in their lives. While working there she earned two state certifications in child development. She also took a psychology course while attending college (A.I.) Even in her younger years her mother always told her that "she had a superpower" because every child who met her always took a shine to her. With the family nickname "the baby whisperer" and the time she spent with such amazing little ones, she came to realize that she wanted to pursue a career working with young minds and continue to work towards changing lives for the better. When asked what her biggest accomplishment is, her answer is always "being a mom! " She spends her free time with husband, her cat "Sir Tomlinson'', her daughter and son engaging in family activities. Her hobbies include Drawing, Painting, Singing, Digital Art, Cooking, Sewing, Cosplay, crafting D&D modular terrain by hand, cosmetic art, studying languages, Doing solitary studies on history, and reading sci-fi and fantasy novels. She is so honored to be a part of the team and looks forward to gaining more knowledge! Aaron Johnston, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician Aaron graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies concentrating in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Aaron joined the Bluespring team in February 2023, and he has an incredible value for the behavior-analytic approach in aiding individuals to sustainably build toward mastery of socially significant behavioral health targets. Aaron recognizes the significant unmet need for ABA as an efficacious, evidence-based practice across the United States, and he intends to continue in his professional career to be a part of the future of this field as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Aaron loves the outdoors. He enjoys hiking trails, camping, and wants to begin mountain biking. He lives on a farm and assists in maintenance tasks with horses, cows, chickens, and dogs. registered behavior technician Bryan joined the Bluespring community with a clear goal in mind: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Currently, Bryan is on an educational journey at Liberty University, where he is diligently working towards earning his bachelor's degree in psychology with a specialized emphasis in crisis counseling. His unwavering commitment to furthering his education doesn't stop there; his ultimate aim is to obtain a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. One of Bryan's true passions in life is working with children. For the past 15 years, he has dedicated his time and energy as a children's pastor in his local church. Through this role, Bryan has had the privilege of connecting with kids from diverse backgrounds and understanding the unique challenges they face. It is through this experience that Bryan recognized the importance of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in enriching the lives of children. With a heart full of compassion and a desire to make a positive impact, Bryan is honored to be part of the team helping children access the support and care they need. Beyond his career and academic pursuits, Bryan is a proud “girl dad”. He shares his life with a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters who bring him immense joy. |
Our Clinical Support Specialists
ASHA CARR, B.S., RBT,
Clinical Support Specialist Asha joined our team in December 2017. She earned her B.S. in Public Health and Exercise Sports Science from the University of the Cumberlands. She has also had a passion for health and the effects nutrition has on the body. She always knew her path after college would lead her to something in the health field. As one of the Clinical Support Specialist, Asha helps with many different parts of our company. She is support to our staff as well as a point of contact for the community. You will probably see many Facebook posts from Asha. In her free time, she enjoys lake days with her family and watching any sports function. In the winter months, she loves getting wrapped up in a good book while drinking a cup of coffee, or watching a good Netflix series. Yessenia Mata, M.s., RBT,
Clinical support specialist Yessenia is a registered behavior technician and Clinical Support Specialist. She earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Lipscomb University in May 2017. She has over three years’ experience providing ABA therapy in a variety of settings, ranging from homes to community settings. Yessenia is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Her hobbies include reading, art, and spending time with her family. |

Raegan Moeller, RBT
Office Manager Raegan is originally from Ankeny, Iowa. She moved to the Nashville area for school in 2018 to play collegiate volleyball. She then earned her Master of Business Administration as well her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology from Cumberland University. In her free time she enjoys coaching and playing volleyball, being outside with her dog, and caring for her houseplants along with numerous other hobbies.
