Meet Our BCBA'S
Lisa Fox, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA,
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST Clinical Director Lisa Fox is a board certified behavior analyst. In 2014, she earned a Master of Education in the Foundations of Applied Behavioral Analysis at the University of Cincinnati and became credentialed as BCBA. She has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the clinical, home, and school environments for over a decade. She has assisted school districts and training facilities in developing group and individual behavior change programs, providing assessment, program development, and regularly scheduled consultations. With a particular interest in children and adults with limited verbal repertoires, she has also been instrumental in assessing and developing individualized skill acquisition programs. Lisa is a member of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis. Her hobbies include boating, crafting, cooking and spending time with her family. Chelsea graduated from Lipscomb University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2017, she received her Master’s degree in Psychology from California Southern University. Chelsea attended the University of West Florida to receive her BCBA certificate and completed that program in March 2020. Chelsea worked as the lead Registered Behavior Therapist for a company in Mississippi for the last 2 years and is currently working as a BCBA. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and attending sporting events and concerts. mary hughston, M.ED, BCBA,
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST Mary Hughston our team in June of 2019. She earned her B.A. in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alabama. She has always had a passion for individuals with disabilities and behavioral health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and golden retrievers, Alabama football, and being by the water. |
kyla langford, m.a., BCBA, LBA
Board certified behavior analyst Kyla Langford is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of TN. Kyla graduated from Ball State University where she earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kyla has more than 3 years of professional experience working in the field of ABA with a variety of clients in the clinical, community, and educational settings. Prior to her professional experience, Kyla spent many years of quality time with her brother who has a diagnosis of ASD which sparked a driving passion for wanting to help others with this diagnosis. Ever since high school, Kyla has taken every opportunity to incorporate ASD into every project she was allowed throughout her academic history. Through investigation into resources for persons with ASD, Kyla stumbled across the field of ABA and has never looked back. Kyla loves not only to work in ABA with clients, but also to teach others about this wonderful field. Kyla's future plans involve paying forward the knowledge and wisdom she has gained through her experiences to future interested practitioners while continuing to serve the greater community of individuals with ASD. Kyla is married with one dog named Tucker. Her hobbies include serving at her church, making art or crafts, traveling, and visiting with family and friends. JEff Swindell, M.A., BCBA
Board Certified behavior Analyst Jeff earned a BA in English and a MA in Teaching and began his career path as a middle school Language Arts teacher. After several years of teaching and coaching, a volunteer position with a school for students on the Autism spectrum became a full-time position where he came to love this population of students. His add on courses (to his Master's degree) through Florida Tech in Applied Behavior Analysis went very well. Eventually his career opportunities brought him back to his home town of Nashville where he became part of Bluespring ABA. When he is not teaching students, he enjoys ultimate frisbee, running, kayaking, rock climbing and being active in general. Alainey Manning, RBT
Registered BEhavior Technician Alainey joined our team in May of 2019. She is currently in her last year, working toward her Bachelor of Science in applied behavior analysis at Purdue University Global. Then, she plans to pursue a master’s in applied behavior analysis to become a BCBA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four dogs (Millie, Bailee, Chloe, and Gus) and her husband, family, and friends. Her hobbies include sewing, baking, crafting, writing letters to her pen pals, and weekend road trips. Alyssa Guffey, rbt
registered behavior technician Alyssa joined the Bluespring team in September of 2019. She currently attends Cumberland University majoring in special education. She graduated from Smith County High School in May 2018. Alyssa has had a passion for working with people with disabilities since she was a peer partner in high school, where she was able to help with the CDC students in the special education classroom. REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN My name is Christopher Groves. I graduated Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Music with a concentration in Classical Guitar and a minor in Asian History in 2016. I have worked as a touring musician and I have been teaching children music for many years. I recently worked for the Clarksville Montgomery County School System in the area of Special Education. Merigrace obtained her associates degree in December of 2016 from Volunteer State Community College. Later she moved to Alabama where she started her career in ABA. She became an RBT after she started working at a behavioral clinic. She provided sessions for children ages 5-21 in a home, clinic, school and community setting. In 2018 she moved back to her hometown of Bethpage, Tn where she started working in special education while also being an RBT for Bluespring. In August of 2020 she began working as an RBT full time for Bluespring. She is also in school obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Capella University with the plans of becoming a BCaBA for Bluespring. While she is not doing therapy, she loves spending time with her husband, family and doing DIY projects. Sarah Broadway, A.S., RBT
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN Sarah obtained her Associates degree in May of 2018 from Motlow State Community College. Sarah is currently working towards her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. She has always had a passion for the behavioral health field and helping others achieve their goals. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2002 with her Bachelor's degree in Special Education and she obtained her Master's degree in Elementary Education the following year. She has spent the last 16 years as a wife, mom of two children and as a classroom teacher. She enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family as well as with her friends and neighbors. She is excited to be pursuing her certification as a BCBA while working as an RBT with the Bluespring team! |
Valerie Cannon,
b.s., rbt registered behavior technician Valerie joined the Bluespring team in November of 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay in 2016. Valerie discovered the field of ABA while searching for a vocation that would fulfill her passion for working with young people with special needs. Feeling so called to the field, she plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis. Valerie’s highly involved with her church and is always kept busy with her three children (Noah-9, Emmett-5 and Titus-4) and her husband, Adam. Latonya Kirk-cheairs, M.A., Lead RBT

She also earned her Master's Degree in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2012. She has 10 years experience working with people with mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Latonya always had a passion for working with young people and adults with autism and other disabilities. Our Clinical Support Specialists
ASHA CARR, B.S., RBT,
Clinical Support Specialist Asha joined our team in December 2017. She earned her B.S. in Public Health and Exercise Sports Science from the University of the Cumberlands. She has also had a passion for health and the effects nutrition has on the body. She always knew her path after college would lead her to something in the health field. As one of the Clinical Support Specialist, Asha helps with many different parts of our company. She is support to our staff as well as a point of contact for the community. You will probably see many Facebook posts from Asha. In her free time, she enjoys lake days with her family and watching any sports function. In the winter months, she loves getting wrapped up in a good book while drinking a cup of coffee, or watching a good Netflix series. |

Yessenia Mata, M.s., RBT,
Clinical support specialist Yessenia is a registered behavior technician and Clinical Support Specialist. She earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Lipscomb University in May 2017. She has over three years’ experience providing ABA therapy in a variety of settings, ranging from homes to community settings. Yessenia is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Her hobbies include reading, art, and spending time with her family. |

Ginger Gregory, Clinical Support Specialist & Office manager
Ginger joined the Bluespring team in August 2019. She has been in the Medical Field for over 20 years. She will be our Clinical Support Specialist for our Billing Department. In her spare time she loves to be out on the lake boating with friends and family. |
Miriam wiggins, B.s.
human resources director Miriam Wiggins holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and has over 10 years experience in administrative roles. Since 2014, Miriam has both lead and served in organizational roles for community events and fundraisers. She has served on the Board of Zoning Appeals and Parks & Recreation Advisory Board for the Town of Thompson’s Station in Williamson County. On her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family. |
